I invoice clients across Europe and Asia. MSZ set up a RAK ICC company and opened the bank, and my contracts and payments finally run through one clean entity.
We wanted privacy and low running costs to hold our investments. MSZ explained exactly what offshore can and cannot do, then handled the whole registration.
They told me an offshore company would not give me UAE residency and recommended a free zone instead. That honesty is exactly why we used them for the group structure later.
A RAK ICC company is a UAE entity designed to work internationally. It fits three profiles well, and there is one thing it cannot do that we would rather you knew now than after you have paid for it.

An offshore company is designed to operate outside the UAE. We say this up front because it is the most common reason people choose the wrong structure.
The right structure depends on where you actually operate. If you want to run a business in the UAE, employ staff here or live here, a free zone or mainland company is the correct tool and we will say so.
